Why do i get no answer in my support Ticket??

I am waiting now since the 24th ob february to get help and now since 30th of march nobody is answering anymore...
I urgently request answers!!! TicketID 635415

I have the same problem with support.
Where are they???
Paying for an annual access and no support, good luck to stay in business!
