Do you have an article or can you advise, which of the following methods is best/quickest/safest/most reliable bug free code method to create bug free sites1

Use a template and then adjust each section.
Use AI builder, and as above
Use AI Builder with wireframe
Build design from scratch and then duplicate/vary blocks and pages to ensure the same design throughout
Any other combinations that are better, especially for people who want to build multiple websites on the same brand?
