Hello Aaron,
Thank you for contacting us.
If the image is set as a Block Background, the SEO Alt field will not appear.
Please click “Collapse Background to Image” first.
After converting the background to a regular Image element, the SEO Alt field will appear in the right panel, and you can add the Alt text there.
