Ask a Question

Hi dear,

i saw some of your videos, i have joomla 4 and i going to renew my website with nicepage

i really worry about SEO and organic position in browser

can you tell me de correct way to do this project

  • install extension and edit articles in joomla directly? (the problem that i saw is do not respect the article content and SEO configuration in the new nicepage article)

  • install the app and redesind everithing in the computer and after that put in in the joomla instalation? (how can ensure SEO configuration and the correct URL format to mantein same sitemap, how i need to do the relation with the actual joomla articles/menu, etc)

  • other way that you recomend, having in mind the SEO configuration and organic position

after the correct configuration i going to upgrade to joomla 5-->6

thanks in advance

Hello MIGUEL,

Sorry for the delay.

You can create a new page with the Nicepage extension and manually copy content from a Joomla native article.
Please note that if you open an existing Joomla article in Nicepage and start editing it, the original content will be overridden, and you may see a blank page instead.
Nicepage pages use their own HTML structure and may ignore some Joomla SEO settings, such as meta fields or structured content.

For your SEO configuration request, we recommend using Nicepage for design (themes, templates, layout pages) and Joomla native articles for content and SEO. This way, you keep full control over URLs, metadata, and search engine optimization.
To create a Nicepage theme, you will need the Desktop Application. You can use both the Desktop App and the Joomla plugin to create pages.
Using the Desktop App also gives you a local copy of your project, so your design is always saved and can be re-imported if needed. For Joomla articles, you would need to use Joomla backup tools or extensions to manage backups.

Feel free to reach out if you need any assistance or have further questions.

Sincerely,
Anna.
