Do you see the translation and other changes correctly in the editor preview mode?
As a test, please try publishing the site to Nicepage hosting and check whether the latest changes appear there. If the updates are visible on Nicepage hosting, this would indicate that the issue is related to how the site is being cached or served on your current server.
Please let us know the result.
