Thank you for contacting us.

The carousel uses a fixed container height, so images with different aspect ratios (for example, landscape and vertical images) may appear differently inside the carousel.

Because of this:

Some images may appear cropped
while others may look correct.

You can try changing the image display mode in Item >> Image Fit:

Cover Background – fills the container but may crop the image
Contain in Background – shows the entire image, but may add empty space around it

If the images have different proportions, they may not fit the container properly.

If possible, please provide a screenshot or a short video of the issue so we can better understand the situation and give you more precise advice.
Additionally, you can export your project and send it to us so we can check it on our side.
