Can not use templates anymore

I reinstalled Nicepage. I do have an active licence.

I want to create a new site.
I click o new site and do choose a template to start working with. (Choose Template.png)

Then i click on "Create Site" as usual It seems to Download / create the Ressource. (Build Ressource.png)
Then a two pages are created without a Mainpage and those are also empty. (Empty-page.png)

And final, if i click on one of the pages, i do get an error "Page can not be loaded". (error.png)

The same in the online builder.

Please help me!!

Thank you for the detailed description and screenshots.

We have tested the same template on our side, and it installs and opens correctly in both the Desktop App and the Online Builder. This indicates the template itself is working as expected.

Please check the following:
Please temporarily disable antivirus or firewall software, as it can sometimes block resource creation.
Make sure you have full write permissions to your Documents/Nicepage projects folder.
Try creating a site with a different template to see if the behavior is the same.

Let us know your results, and we will investigate further.
