Hi,

Please explain your problem in more details. You use the FTP export option in Nicepage, fill your FTP details and then you get the issue, right? Attach a screenshot of the error message you get.

Hello Hella,

I am using the Nicepage application as part of an Independent Study at SUNY Empire State College (ESC) in NY with Professor, Pat Maley. He tried to help me with an issue today and I would appreciate it if you would copy him on the reply so that he can also gain a better understanding to direct students. His email address is: Pat.Maley@esc.edu

We want to post to our college FTP site. The problem is, your that It seems there are two pages different pages being created and is a bit confusing. One oI them I apparently developed on the Web application and a second that I created on a downloaded application on my computer -Desktop version.

Site1- Nicepage Web Application - does not allow for FTP upload. Your buttons are in different locations
Site 2- Nicepage Desktop- allows up to upload to the ESC

Do we need to subscribe to two different types? Are these two accounts able to be synced?
Thank You,
Holly

Hello Holly,

Currently there is no built-in sync, but you can sync your sites between desktop and web versions of Nicepage using ability of Nicepage to export/import sites. It is also possible for different users too. You can do it just by clicking Export button at the top of dashboard with sites and choosing Project tab there and Import Project button to choose previously exported zip file.

OK, It is confusing. I would have to update two different sites? I am not happy that I am required to purchase two separate licenses either.

I have several sites created in nicepage and each one goes to a different hosting. How can I get each site to save its respective FTP connection settings?

Hi,

FTP settings should be saved in the export dialog, open the FTP option and choose the desired settings in the drop-down list, the application should remember all the settings that you have entered.
