export to SCORM feature for LMS

I know this is a very specific request but I think it could be interesting to make nicepage export compatible with Moodle or other LMS systems and offer an export to SCORM option for pages.

Is this an angle that has been considered yet or does a reliable work around exist?

Hi Sophie,

Thanks for the thoughtful suggestion, it’s actually a very interesting idea.

📌 Current Status

At this time, Nicepage does not offer native export support for LMS platforms like Moodle or SCORM packages. The built-in export options focus on:

  • HTML export for static sites
  • WordPress and Joomla exports
  • Integrations suitable for CMS workflows

There isn’t currently a direct or reliable workaround to produce valid SCORM content from Nicepage projects. SCORM packaging requires very specific structure and metadata, which is different from how Nicepage generates HTML pages.

🚀 Has this been considered?

While the team has not yet released an LMS/SCORM export feature, your idea is definitely something worth considering. It touches on a real need for:

  • Content creators who are not programmers
  • Educators building interactive web content
  • Corporate training platforms

There’s no official SCORM export or Moodle integration yet, but we will share your suggestion with the product and development teams for future planning.

💡 Possible Interim Workarounds

If you really need to produce LMS content today, here are a few approaches outside of Nicepage:

  • Use an HTML-to-SCORM packager tool (third-party) that wraps exported HTML into SCORM format
  • Import Nicepage content into an LMS-friendly authoring tool (e.g., Articulate Rise, Adapt, H5P)
  • Embed LMS-specific SCORM content via iFrame (hosted elsewhere) into a Nicepage page

If this topic starts to collect more likes and votes, it has a high chance of being considered.

Ahmad.
