Could you please let us know which Joomla version you are currently using on your website? This information is important for us in order to properly investigate the issue.

Please note that the Joomla team officially ended support for Joomla 3 in February 2023. You can find the official announcement here:

As Joomla 3 is now deprecated by its developers, we have also ended support for the Nicepage extension on Joomla 3. Our official announcement is available here:

Therefore, we strongly recommend upgrading your website to Joomla 5 or Joomla 6 (or at least Joomla 4) in order to:

• Continue receiving support for the Nicepage extension
• Get security and feature updates from Joomla
• Ensure compatibility with Nicepage and other extensions

If the 500 error still occurs after upgrading, we will be happy to investigate the issue further and escalate it to our development team if necessary.

To help us analyze the issue more efficiently, could you please also let us know:

• When the error first started appearing
• Whether it occurs on all pages or only on specific ones

Once we have this information, we can check if the issue is already known or if it requires further investigation.
