Hello team,
I would like to ask, whether there is a chance in some future releases, to allow configuration of some images on page (that are within the viewport) to load immediately, but apply lazy-loading to remaining, that are aside of viewport.
I understand, that I can hardcode required JS into the template header, but then placing of the images within the joomla editor would change the code in such way, that required class for loading would be removed from the IMG tags.
Eventually, is there any other way, how to improve page speed based on the info at https://web.dev/offscreen-images/?utm_source=lighthouse&utm_medium=unknown ?
I understand, that images MUST be in some reasonable resolution and optimized in its file-size.
Thanks for your answer,
Michal
