I asked about this several times and received no response. That’s why I stopped using Nicepage, because there are cheaper and more flexible solutions available.

Hello Michael,

Thank you for your feedback and for sharing your thoughts.

A vertical (left-side) menu hasn’t been added as a native component yet, even though it may appear simple visually. The challenge with implementing it in Nicepage is related to how the menu component is designed to work consistently across responsive breakpoints (desktop, tablet, mobile), CMS platforms (HTML, WordPress, Joomla), and theme-controlled navigation behavior.

You can still achieve today using:

a regular menu placed inside a left column or sidebar,

custom CSS for desktop layout,

and hamburger menu and standard hamburger panel.

As for now, the vertical menu is still on our wishlist. We appreciate you taking the time to share it.

Anna.

So in short, your solution is not complete and does not offer any flexibility in design. Compared to the competition, you come across very poorly, which is a shame, because I’ve been following your project from the beginning and thought that after so many years you would create something really good.

Hi! I've been using it since the days of Artister and Themler. And there have been a lot of bugs in the last few years, not to mention the wish list. Okay, the menu... The gallery, where you can't round the corners of the images... in 2026... although this feature was available a few years ago.
But the biggest problem is the constant bugs. Every new update can lead to errors that will take at least six months to fix, and that's if you can replicate the issue. But clients need to deliver sites now.
For example, the countdown does not display after recent updates. Now I have a total of more than 300 pages with counters that simply do not display. And this is a really big problem that is unclear when it will be solved. And so, unfortunately, on many issues.
I have always worked in nicepage and know every bug already. Unfortunately, there are now a lot of large projects and the question is what to work on next. Of course, I will renew my license again, just like I did 10 years ago. But most likely, it will be the second, not the main, option. And this is very sad. Support and developers in our dynamic time simply do not keep up with trends and customer requests. However, nicepage is my favorite, it is in my heart.

Hello,

Thank you for taking the time to share such detailed feedback, and especially for staying with us since the Artisteer and Themler days. That level of loyalty truly means a lot.

Regarding the vertical left-side menu, we understand why this feature keeps coming up. While it may appear simple visually, implementing it as a fully native, cross-platform component that works consistently across HTML, WordPress, Joomla, and all responsive breakpoints requires significant architectural changes. At the same time, our development focus has been on modern navigation patterns that are now more widely used.

That said, we absolutely hear your frustration. Your comments about the gallery styling, especially the countdown issue, are much more critical, particularly when you are managing 300+ pages. We fully understand that when updates affect live projects, it creates serious pressure, especially when clients are waiting.

If the countdown elements are not displaying after the recent update, please let us know the exact version you are using and whether this affects all projects or specific ones. If possible, sharing a single example project file or a link would help us properly escalate this to the development team. (Please create a separate ticket for that.)

We also truly appreciate your honesty about using Nicepage as a secondary tool moving forward. It’s difficult to hear, but it’s valuable feedback. Our goal is not only to improve features but to ensure stability for professionals like you who rely on the product for large-scale work.

Thank you again for your long-term support and for speaking openly. Please let us know the details regarding the countdown issue so we can investigate further.

Sincerely,
Ahmad.

I understand that architectural changes require effort. However, I would appreciate a clear answer: is the vertical left-side menu officially not planned, or is it on a long-term roadmap? A direct confirmation would help me make informed decisions about future projects.
This feature has been requested by users for years. At the same time, your own website uses a right-side vertical dropdown menu, which makes it even harder to understand the decision not to support it natively. It is difficult to reconcile selling a product that does not fully reflect the navigation patterns you

And let's not even mention the support from RTL, which they've been promising us for years.
