License Not Working

Good day,
I would like to ask about the status of the license. After approximately 12 hours, it is still not functional.
The license was ordered from the email address rene.rafael@email.cz for the account grafik@simren.cz,
see Invoice 40430364.

Hi,

The license is applied to rene.rafael@email.cz account. I can see that the rene.rafael@email.cz account owner contacted us about the license transfer to your account, but haven't replied back till now. Once the owner of the license confirms the license transfer, we'll move it to your account.
