Thank you for your message.
Unfortunately, we are not able to change the payment method on an active subscription from our side. The card that was used for the last payment will normally be charged again on the next renewal.
To ensure the renewal is charged to your business credit card, we recommend the following:
- Unsubscribe from the current auto-renewal so the private card will not be charged again.
- When the subscription expires, renew it manually using your business credit card.
This way, the new subscription will be associated with the correct card going forward.
