Hello Sylvain,
The export2.nicepage.io – HTTP 500 error is not related to the license status. Repurchasing the license does not change server connectivity or compatibility behavior.
As noted in our support documentation, this error occurs when Nicepage attempts to communicate with an unsupported Joomla version. Joomla 3 is end-of-life, and Nicepage’s online export services require supported Joomla versions for security and stability reasons.
Unfortunately, this means the issue cannot be resolved without upgrading Joomla, regardless of the license type.
We understand that platform upgrades can be difficult, and we’re sorry this wasn’t clear before the purchase.
