Inconsistency with Nicepage for editing websites

Ask a Question

I have noticed a graphical inconsistency when editing the website from a desktop and a laptop, the resolution changes... making it difficult to understand how the site is viewed on various screens, when editing it on a desktop PC or on a laptop.
The measurements are out of sync... and the content is changed based on the resolution I'm using.
How can I fix this problem?

Hello Gianfranco,

Thank you for contacting us!

We recommend adjusting the content in Responsive layouts, starting from the largest screen mode and then proceeding step by step down to the smallest one.

The content should be aligned and corrected for each device size individually.

If the issue persists after making these adjustments, please provide either a short video or a few screenshots, so we can better review and understand the problem.

The topic was moved to private.

Hey Gianfranco, I'd like to know that too.

In Safari, the text looks 3D... Drop shadows often look rough.

Hello funsolutionS · marketing & medien GmbH

Please create a new Separate Case and ask your question in there.
For better understanding and clarification, maybe we will need your private details, project details, credentials, etc.

We may need that case to be private. We will try our best to help you.

no, that's not the problem..... By modifying the website on different screens.... it is not 100% responsive, because then the preview on a 15-inch monitor (where I modified it) on a 24-inch screen is out of phase and vice versa.... the site does not adapt to the various screens and this makes the site non-responsive.

Hi, Gianfranco

Thank you for your clarification.

To help you better understand, in the adaptive settings you can specify the screen width. This means you can configure precise responsiveness for each device individually.

In addition, our editor provides a height option. When set to 100%, the block will be displayed according to the configured aspect ratio.

These features make it much easier to adjust responsiveness and may be helpful in your case.

If you have any additional questions, we’ll be glad to assist you.

The problem isn't in the editor, but once the site is configured. If the site is viewed on a 15-inch screen (laptop) and the window is minimized, the site becomes unresponsive. This is because I configure the site on both a laptop and a desktop. And the changes never match the final site because the site becomes unresponsive depending on where the changes were made. I'll send a video as soon as possible.

From the attached image, seen on a 24-inch screen, when you narrow the window, there's a white bar at the bottom... while on a 14-inch screen everything looks fine. Because it was modified by the editor on a 14-inch screen, on 25-inch screens the site looks like this... but if it were 100% responsive on any screen, there shouldn't be that white line below...

Basically, it seems that if you edit the site on a 14-inch monitor (laptop) and the site is viewed and shrunk on the laptop, everything seems to work fine. But as soon as you edit the site on other monitors, it seems like the site takes on the appearance for that specific monitor, and the view on other smaller or larger monitors is out of sync.
