When exporting the code to HTML, it cuts off part of the code snippet. What for?????

The reason part of your <noscript> block is being removed is that Nicepage does not allow <div> and <img> elements inside the HEAD section.
These tags are considered invalid in that location and are automatically sanitized during export.
Try placing this code inside an HTML element, for example, in the footer section of the page.
