The Nicepage Ultimate and Pro Premium Plans include Client Licenses, allowing you to create user accounts so clients can edit pages in your hosted WordPress or Joomla site.

Through the Client License feature, you can allow your customers to log in and edit specific parts of the website.

Inside Site Settings Client License, you can choose exactly what level of access your client will have:

Design pages and edit content – full editing access (design + text)
Edit content only – the client can change text and images, but cannot modify the design

This means that your customer will be able to edit only the content, without affecting the layout or design of the site.

I have an HTML website (not Wordpress or Joomla). Is there a way I can allow a colleague to edit the project, without them having to purchases a plan?

Hello Kevin,

Your colleague can open the project only if it is shared as a Nicepage project file, but editing requires a Premium plan due to product limitations.
