Problem with parallax background on real smartphone (Android).

I'm developing on a Windows Laptop and I used parallax effect for the backgrpound of a section of my website.
On computer it dorks perfectly, also on Google Chrome with smartphone mode on (parallax still work great).

When I open my website from an android smartphone it doesn't work, it still fixed like a normal background.

I think the problem is some JS for the "smooth" parallax effect, I suggest to use pure css for parallax (no JS).

Hope you can fix that
I try to fix but the attached JS still coming out.

Please note, we turned off the parallax effect in mobile devices because the performance on these devices is limited

Do you plan to implement this function again on smartphone?
Using normal css I think there is no performance problem (just CSS, not JS for smooth scroll parallax).
Using bootstrap parallax work well on any device (smartphone / desktop). I suggest to use only css instead of JS :)

I just notice this problem, and found and read this toppic....
It's also with iphone, same poblem, not only android.

Is it posible to switch it on and of with mobile devices? By Default its off .." we turned off the parallax effect in mobile devices " .
So can i turn it on? or maybe by adjusting some code? I did not experiance any problem with this feature in the past.

If not is there some sample css code?

Hi,

There is no possibility to switch on this option for mobile devices. You can try to edit the code manually but we do not support such custom modifications. And also note that the parallax background won't work on iPhone as iOS browser does not support the background-attachment: fixed property that is used for parallax.
