Ask a Question

Hello,

I am experiencing a recurring issue with multiple websites created using Nicepage.

On the mobile view, the hamburger menu icon does not appear at all, or when it does, it is not clickable and the off-canvas panel doesn’t open.
This happens both in the Nicepage preview and after publishing the websites online.

I have already tried the following without success:

Resetting the Header block and rebuilding the menu from scratch.

Ensuring “Hamburger for Tablet and Mobile” is enabled.

Confirming the menu type is set to Off-Canvas.

Checking that nicepage.css and nicepage.js are correctly loaded.

Verifying z-index and visibility settings.

The issue affects all my recent projects, so it seems to be a global problem with the latest Nicepage update rather than a configuration error.

Please investigate this bug and provide a fix or patch.
Thank you in advance for your assistance.

Best regards,
Fabio Cantaro

Hello

This issue affected SVG icons (such as hamburger, back-to-top, and social share icons) in all Chromium-based browsers (Chrome, Edge).
It was not related to Nicepage, but caused by a recent Chrome/Chromium update, where Google introduced a change that disrupted the display of SVG icons.

Google has already fixed the issue in the latest Chrome version for both desktop (141.0.7390.66 — Official Build, 64-bit) and mobile.
However, Microsoft Edge has not yet received the fix, so the issue may still appear there until the next browser update.

Please update your Chrome browser to the latest version and check your website again. The icons should now appear correctly.

Sincerely,
George.
