How to revert Joomla! plugin to its previous version?

But we already fixed the issue with transparency in today's 2.6.4 update.

Hello Olivia,
I've tried, but nothing was shown in my Joomla! console, that would allow me to download update with fix...
And even that I've downloaded the previous version plugin (and also the current one), the transparency is not shown. And yes, I have cleared temp files for my domain.

Any other way, how to get it back into its previous functional state?

Hi Michal,

The most recent version is 2.6.4
Please click Extensions >> Manage >> Updates >> "Find Updates" If you're using any previous version you should see the new update (if there are no problems checking for updates on the Joomla side).

If you're using a 2.6.4 version, please provide a few screenshots that demonstrate the issue.

exactly this I used. "All extensions are up to date." is the response, I have received.

Should I uninstall it then, and install it from scratch? Will it somehow harm my articles?

Please open the editor and check the version under the question mark menu. What is the current version used on your website?

could you please tell me what you did to go back to a previous version? Its so hard to get an answer from nicepage on this.

just log on to your nicepage account, and at the right drop-down menu starting with your username, there it is possible to grab few major versions. See attached image. I assume, you MUST be logged in, in order to grab the chosen version.

Open the https://nicepage.com/User/app/downloads link while you are logged in with your Nicepage account and you will see the list of the versions that you can download.

Its so hard to get an answer from nicepage on this.

BTW, I do not see any cases from you about this matter that we could answer.
