Ask a Question

Hello Nicepage Team,

I’d like to request a feature where videos can animate as the user scrolls down the page. For example, as visitors scroll, the video would begin playing or animate in sync with the scroll movement. I think this would add a dynamic and engaging effect to websites.

Thank you for considering this idea!

Best regards,

Hello Cdeeq,

Thank you for your suggestion and for taking the time to share your idea with us.
We understand how scroll-based video animations could add a dynamic and engaging effect to websites.

If you have any examples or references of the effect you have in mind, please feel free to share them with us.
It will help us better understand and evaluate your proposal.

Thank you for your response.

To clarify the effect I have in mind, a great example can be seen on Apple’s Vision Pro page here: https://www.apple.com/apple-vision-pro/ — specifically where the woman is wearing the Apple Vision Pro headset and the animation changes in sync with the scroll movement.

This could work not only with standard videos but also with an image sequence (series of images) that plays forward or backward as the user scrolls. This approach would allow for smoother control over the animation and better compatibility across devices.

The main idea is:

As the user scrolls, the video or image sequence advances frame-by-frame.

When the user scrolls back up, the video or sequence reverses accordingly.

I believe this feature would give Nicepage users a powerful tool to create interactive, cinematic website experiences.

Thank you for considering this enhancement!

Best regards,
Cdeeq Rapheal

Hi Theo,

Could you contact me once this update has been made, or if you have plans to release it soon? I’d love to purchase it and recommend NicePage to a team of fellow entrepreneurs. Right now, this is my favorite web builder—it has so many advantages over Framer and other programs.

I’d really like to make a video about why I think NicePage is the best choice for entrepreneurs, but I want to wait until this feature is added. Here’s a link to my YouTube channel: www.youtube.com/@CdeeqFilmmaker

I’d also love the opportunity to do a sponsored video for you, where I highlight the reasons NicePage stands out compared to more traditional builders and why I think it’s the best option for entrepreneurs. I already have several key points in mind that I think would resonate with your audience.

Please let me know if this is something you’d be interested in—I’d be excited to collaborate.

Thank you,
cdeeq rapheal

Hello, I really need what the person asked too! Please tell me if you can develop and add this? Or does it already exist?

Hi, Shami

While this feature is not yet implemented, as an alternative, you may consider adding a custom HTML element to achieve a similar effect.

We’ll do our best to post an update in this thread once the feature becomes available. Please stay tuned to our news and updates.

Hello Edgar,
You guys should post the code and note that it’s not officially supported yet, but also do a tutorial showing how to use it. That would be very cool.
