Hi Andreas,
For static HTML pages, you can add control "Position and Sidebar" and only manually to each page/block if you need it.
But if you create Joomla site, you can add sidebar as a theme element in Blog and Post Templates.
For this in Desktop app switch to the Theme settings and add a sidebar to these templates separately. After that export the theme and install it on your site.

I also want to add a menue into the sidebar, but I don t really
understand the foregoing in Nicepage. Is it only possible, to do this
online?
In Nicepage menu control can be added only in header and footer. As you know Sidebar consists of a Block header and Block Content, you can add simple text links for them and group them in a certain way so that it looks like a menu.
Is it possible to get somehow a manual in german language?
Unfortunately, we haven't support in german language, only in English.
