HI..
I tried updating NicePage to the latest version and that seems to have been a mistake. As I try and run the update, it hangs and will not fully install. And now my desktop version will not load, I've tried the uninstall but no luck. I really need some help getting this working.

Hi Walter,

Please make sure that your internet connection is fine. Also please try to disable your anti virus application and firewall as they may block some requests. Let me know if that helps.

Please make sure that your internet connection is fine. Also please try to disable your anti virus application and firewall as they may block some requests. Let me know if that helps.

Bummer...Just tried installing the Full version and same thing. Just hangs. :-( The picture attached shows how far it gets. I appreciate the help.

Walter,

  1. Please restart your computer.
  2. Temporary disable your antivirus.
  3. Type in Windows Explorer address bar: %LOCALAPPDATA%\Programs
  4. Rename the Nicepage directory
  5. Type in Windows Explorer address bar: %LOCALAPPDATA%
  6. Rename the nicepage-updater directoy
