nice page doesnt export

Hello,

i have created my website but now when im trying to export it, it gives me an error after loading 8% with saying :
An error occured. Reload nicepage and then it restarts the nicepage and thats it. is there any other ways how i could upload my website wordpress? or how can i fix it?

Hi Sandra,

Please try to export your theme as the Project. If that works fine, attach the exported project to the ticket.

Hello,

now i have a stupid question, (because this is my first time im learning to build my own website)

it worked to export as project, but how do i attach the exported project to the ticket?

i tried to export it i nicpage component in wordpress admin site where you can import theme, but it says

Error occured: (status 200)
Can't find content.json in zip archive

i have added the picture too

Hi Sandra,

Please check this article:

According to the screenshot you are trying to import the theme using the import option for the content. Please install the theme using the Appearance >> Themes >> Add New option in WP.
