Report a bug

Hello,

I have an active Nicepage license, but the footer message
“This WordPress Theme was created with Nicepage Builder” still appears on my website, even though the license is properly activated. I have tried removing it from the footer editor and cleared the site cache, but the message remains visible.

Additionally, the hamburger menu on the mobile view is not functioning properly — it does not open when clicked, which prevents users from navigating the site on mobile devices.

You can view the issue directly at:

I would really appreciate your help in resolving both issues.

Best regards,

Hello STEPANNIE,

Thanks for reaching out to us

  1. The Footnote “This WordPress Theme was created with Nicepage Builder” can be removed from the Nicepage editor in the Site Settings >> under the General tab >> uncheck the box for the "Made in Nicepage" title.

  2. You can adjust the mobile view directly in the editor.
