Organize / edit popups?

Hello, this time a small question, not a real problem.

Is there a way to manually sort or organize the popups? Or list them alphabetically or by creation date? Maybe even with folders? Or would folders make the selection impossible to link to buttons?

I currently have many popups (some only slightly different) and realize that it would make the work easier if I could structure them a bit.
