Ask a Question

Hello, I designed a new home page using Nicepage. I want to replace my existing Home Page on a Brilliant Directories website with the nice page one. Please can you advise how I can do this and keep all the styling/features.

Hello,

Thanks for reaching out to us

Could you please elaborate on that and provide some screenshots?

Are they from different websites? Do they both design with Nicepage? Have you tried exporting one page and importing that page into the website you need?

Hi

here is the page when I transferred it to my brilliant directories website - https://www.foodanddrinkmanufacturers.ie/test-test

Here is my nicepage home page - https://website6519291.nicepage.io/

What can I do to make it look like the nicepage home page? What are my options?

Thanks,
Kevin

Dear Kevin

Thank you for your message and for sharing both links!

If your current website was not originally built with Nicepage, redesigning it to match your Nicepage homepage may actually be easier than trying to transfer the design directly. This gives you the flexibility to recreate your layout, styling, and content precisely as seen on your Nicepage version.

Let us know if you require any assistance.

Can we have the Home Page link to NicePage and then the rest of the website on the other platform?

Dear Kevin,

Yes, you can have your homepage built with Nicepage and link it to the rest of your website on another platform** like Brilliant Directories — many users do this as a hybrid approach!

Here’s how it works:

  1. Publish your Nicepage homepage to a subdomain (e.g., www.home.yoursite.com).

  2. On that homepage, use navigation links or buttons to direct users to the rest of your Brilliant Directories site (e.g., www.yoursite.com/members, .../directory, etc.).

  3. In your Brilliant Directories account, set the homepage to redirect to the Nicepage homepage, if desired, otherwise keep the users on the same website and use Nicepage as a one-page landing website.

Considerations:

  • This setup is ideal for making a great first impression with a fully customized Nicepage landing page.
  • You’ll want to ensure consistent branding (logo, colors, fonts) so the transition between platforms feels seamless.
  • SEO-wise, it’s ideal to stay on the same domain or subdomain to avoid splitting traffic and rankings.

Would you like help with publishing your Nicepage homepage to a custom domain or setting up the links?
