when I start the app, I get a message to update Nicepage. as soon as I click on update, an error message appears, "system must be Windows 10 or higher". but I already have Windows 10, why does this message appear?

Even if you're using Windows 10, this message can appear if your system version is outdated or if the app is running in compatibility mode. Please make sure your Windows is fully updated and that compatibility mode is turned off for Nicepage.
If the issue persists, try reinstalling the latest version from the official website.

Please check if Nicepage is running in compatibility mode. Right-click the app icon, go to Properties > Compatibility tab, and make sure the compatibility mode checkbox is unchecked.
