Hi, all of my images are gone. What should I do?

From where exactly pictures gone? Have you taken any action before the issue occurred?

I have attached a screenshot.

The only thing I can think of is that my web hosting package from IONOS was renewed and afterward this happened. I don't know if that has anything to do with it, everything else was a common occurrence.

Is this screenshot from the Desktop app or online Builder?
Do you see any other resources, such as Page or Block presets?

It's a screenshot from the online builder. The page and block presets are working. (Side Note: I like working with the desktop app but haven't been able to use it for a long time because it's "stuck") The only workaround I've found so far is to use the image address function, as long as the address is not my domain, when I upload an image to IONOS (webserver) an error message from NicePage appears on the screen. When I use the upload function it acts like it's working but then I end up with an empty image placeholder.

It seems this problem occurred after I updated NicePage and renewed with IONOS. Maybe those two don't play well together?

Hello Sue,

An exact error should be listed in the browser Developer tools >> Console.
Right-click > View Source or use browser DevTools (F12)

Please send a screenshot of the errors marked red.
