Hi Nicepage Support Team,
I am experiencing two related problems with the Nicepage WordPress plugin on my site https://fizjoiosteocamp.pl.
1. Contact forms do not submit
I have added Google reCAPTCHA v3 in the form settings (site key and secret key are entered).
On the live page, when I click “Send”, I immediately get the message
“Unable to submit the contact form. Please accept the cookie consent for the correct reCAPTCHA functioning.”
No cookie-consent banner appears, so visitors cannot “accept cookies” and the form remains blocked.
Cookie Consent modal cannot be configured
In Nicepage → Cookie Consent (inside the WordPress backend—not the desktop app) the modal editor opens but shows only an empty panel; no fields or options are displayed.
Consequently, the banner never appears on the front-end.
Tested in incognito mode and with ad-blockers turned off.
Re-entered the reCAPTCHA site/secret keys and regenerated them in Google Console.
Expected behaviour
A cookie-consent banner should appear on first visit, allowing users to accept or manage cookies.
Could you please advise how to:
Restore the Cookie Consent modal editor in the WordPress plugin so I can configure it.
Ensure the banner loads on the front-end.
Make reCAPTCHA v3 and the contact form work without forcing visitors into an endless loop.
I am configuring everything solely from the WordPress plugin, not from the Nicepage desktop application.
If you need admin access or diagnostic info, let me know and I will provide it securely.
Thank you in advance for your help!
Best regards,
