As requested by others, I join in asking for the possibility of inserting more elements in the header and footer, such as inserting grids, which is currently impossible to do.
The suggestion given to hide the header to better customize the page can be useful if you have few pages, but if the pages are many it becomes a burdensome job.
Vote to pay developers attention to this features or issue.
