Hello,
You need to install the Nicepage theme and your native Joomla articles will use Nicepage theme Post template layout in the front end.
You need to be logged in as the admin to be able to see the edit button on the front end.
Yes, you need to register a client license. It will be a separate user to your Joomla backend and a separate user under your Nicepage license. The license should be Pro plan or Ultimate.
There is no license connected to this account.
You can limit access to one page with Joomla user role:
1. Create a New User Group
Go to Users > Groups > Add New Group
Name it something like: Single Article Editors
Set Parent Group to Registered or Public (depending on your needs)
2. Create a New Access Level
Go to Users > Access Levels > Add New Access Level
Name it: Access to One Article
Select only the new group you created (Single Article Editors)
3. Create the User Account
Go to Users > Manage > New
Assign this user to the Single Article Editors group
4. Set Article Permissions
Open the specific article you want them to edit
Click the "Permissions" tab
For the group Single Article Editors, set:
Edit = Allowed
Leave everything else as Inherited or Denied
Joomla permissions are additive, so if the user is also in a group like "Author" or "Editor", they may inherit extra permissions. Only assign them to your custom group.
