How does the WordPress plugin work since the new updates?

The latest versions of the Nicepage plugin allow adjusting the design not only for the Nicepage pages, but also for all WordPress pages and posts. However, we recommend using a Nicepage theme for a more stable work of website, though it is not necessary to install a Nicepage theme on WordPress.

So I just have to create a new NicePage project in the desktop app and export it as a nicepage theme? Then can I change the actual templates in the plugin?

Hi,

It is up to you. You can either create pages and themes on Nicepage Desktop and export them to WordPress, or start a new website directly on WordPress using the Nicepage plugin.

Yes, the Nicepage plugin allows you to edit templates in the WordPress admin panel. However, please note that the plugin does not take templates from the imported theme. It means that the templates from the theme and the plugin are independent.
