Problem with adding a section in Themler

Dear Sirs, for 2 days now I have had a problem adding a section in Themler. I checked on several computers and the sections do not want to load, please let me know if this is a problem on the server side or if the program is no longer supported? Can I buy a new license and it will continue to work, please help?

We do not provide support for Themler, only for Nicepage. Have you already contacted the Themler support team?

Themler Support has not responded for a long time. No status update, no information, nothing at all. Do you know more? Has Themler stopped working? It's been 3 weeks now that I can't select any libraries, sections, headers or feet, no connection possible. What's going on with Themler?
