Ask a Question

How can I edit each contact form on my website's subject line in the email that is received? Example: I have one webpage that has a "join our newsletter" and another webpage that has a "contact us" reach out. How can I make it so the newsletter form shows as "join our newsletter" and the "contact us" reach out shows as "contact us" reach out to the email that receives these?

No. That is not at all what I mean.

So let's say I have a form on my homepage. This form has one entry, an email. So a person enters their email address and hits enter.
The email that is sent to me, the owner of the site, the person who will receive that email address. The email that I receive from the form to MY email has a subject line. I want to set that subject line to indicate that the entry came from that form.

Right. So I do that on the form from page one. I make it "Join our newsletter"

Then, on a different page, I have another form for an established client to request a feature. But both emails arrive with "join our newsletter"

How do I set each form to have its own unique subject?

Yes, you are right. We have tested this issue on our side, we get the same result as you. We will clarify this issue with our developers.

How do I set each form to have its own unique subject?

This is not possible on Nicepage and we will add your request to our wish list.

This seems to still be an issue. All forms my email address get, is the same subject line, although different on the settings. The crazy part is out clients form subject line, previously had a typo. They still get the form with a typo on the subject line, although i have fixed the subject line.
