Ask a Question

Hello,

I am unable to access many of the features through the desktop App. This includes the images for the theme designs. It also includes many of the dropdown menus -- with an associated image or design element. It shows a broken image link. Please see the attached screenshot.

I have given Bitdefender FULL permission, and not to block the URL.

I found the IP address and port using the URL and added an advanced permission to see if that would help through Bitdefender. Unfortunately, it did not work. It is possible that I have the wrong IP address and TTL (79.127.206.234 and 79.127.206.207 and TTL 15).

I was unable yo

I checked the URL (https://images01.nicepagecdn.com/) in Chrome and Thunderbird, and Bitdefender flagged it there as well.

I hoping you have an answer, we have a project due soon.

Thank you for your support.

Kind Regards

I forgot to mention that I uninstalled and re-enstall the desktop App on my PC. I downloaded the newest version from your website. No changes.

Best,

Timothy

Hi Timothy,

Please add Nicepage connections to the exceptions. Unfortunately I do not know how exactly your antivirus is blocking Nicepage and what exact settings could allow you to grant full permissions to Nicepage. Maybe Bitdefender support could help you with this. I can say that the provided URL is trusted and is used for Nicepage resources.

I have the same problem, only with G Data. Adding NP to the exceptions didn't work.
The error is reported to me from several customers with different setups. Even while online, working from their WP-environment, the NP site is blocked. Serious problem!

Thanks for your answer in advance.

Thank you, Hella!

Pending a review submitted to bitdefender, here are some steps if anyone else is having problems with the above listed URL: https://www.bitdefender.com/consumer/support/answer/1519/.

If Bitdefender deems the URL a false positive, they will add Nicepage URL to their universal safe list.

I will update this thread as soon as I have more information to help out the community.

I wanted to provide an update. Adding the URL to the Bitdefender App fixed my problems.

Summary How-to:

I added the URL to the the Bitdefender desktop App >> Protection >> Online Threat Protection - Setting >> Add an Exemption. It's pretty self-explanatory from here. You can also follow the Bitdefender link above to guide you through all the steps that you may be having.

Pending final review of the URL, Bitdefender will add the URL to their next update. It should be a permanent fix then. They sent me an update this morning.

@Hella, Thank you for your support again.

UPDATE 4-28-2025: After my request to Bitdefender to review the URL (https://images01.nicepagecdn.com/) as a false positive link, they determined the URL was safe. Bitdefender has added it to their 'safe list' and will be available in the next update through their software.
