Ask a Question

Crated several pages + menu. I have existing site so I uploaded everything to that site. When I open the site from the back end I do not see imported pages. I tried also to import the content and get this wired message:

"Please install data_point_software components and plugins.

Path to extensions:

CMS_ROOT_PATH/templates/nowywymiar_pl_v4/extensions/data_point_software.zip"

like I have not installed this extension. I do not know where this name comes from ?
"data_point_software.zip" ? something is totally wrong here !

Hi Arthur,

If you want to see the content on your site, then you need to import the exported content. The content import is possible when you have Nicepage plug-in installed on your site. That can be done from the files exported from the desktop application (if you include the Pages and Editor plug-in option in the export dialog). Or you can download the plug-in separately from our site (https://nicepage.com/download-joomla#), then install it under the Extensions manager in Joomla. After the plug-in is installed and activated, you can import the content.
If you have exported the theme with the pages from the desktop application, then you can open the installed theme under the Extensions >> Templates and in the theme page use the Import content button as described in the instructions:
https://nicepage.com/doc/article/4348/how-to-install-joomla-template-and-extension

So probably installing the Nicepage plug-in for Joomla separately will help to avoid the issue you have mentioned.

Please let me know if that information is helpful.
