Dear support,
I get this message during the chek for compatibility of new Joomla update but there is no new updates for Nicepage plugin...
What should I do?
Thanks.
I confirm and share the same problem.
I tried to install the latest plugin: joomla_nicepage_plugin-7.7.3
but it doesn't work
...more info...just update my Nicepage Joomla extension but those problematic extensions stay on basic version 1.0. See attachments...
Hello Igor,
If the Nicepage component version is the latest one, then all Nicepage extensions are updated. The version of these extensions ( type plugin ) remains the same after each update.
Please let us know if you have any further questions.

Dear Anna, you telling me that I can update Joomla to ver. 5.3.0. without fear that something can go wrong because of this pre-check results?

Hi Igor,
Yes, you can upgrade your Joomla installation.
In any case, we recommend to make a backup of your Joomla site before upgrading. Also make sure that Nicepage plug-in was exported exactly for Joomla 5 version.

I am trying to upgrade from Joomla 4.4.3 to Joomla 5.3.3 and the warnings are showing that one module (Nicepage System Content Editor) needs upgrading before I can upgrade to Joomla 5.3.3 and there is a JSON error that is stopping the upgrade.
What do I need to do to enable this?

Hi,
The plug-in for Joomla 4 version will also work with the Joomla 5. Please ignore this warning. In any case, we always recommend to make a full backup before upgrading.

On another website I am getting this error (per attachment) as well. How do I correct it?
Update: I reset the "Potentially Incompatible" checkbox to off and Joomla has now updated to 5.3.3
Hi,
Nice to hear that everything is fine now.
