Hi.
Nicepage don't have options to enable cookie consent, but you can add it by custom code.
You can find services like https://www.cookiehub.com/ or https://www.cookiebot.com/en/ to get what you need for HTML.
Cookie consent is not available in Nicepage, however it may be added using custom code.

With Nicepage 2.8 version released on March 4, 2020, we have added Cookie Usage Popup https://nicepage.com/doc/62666/form-submit-with-php-script-cookie-usage-popup.

Hi,
As per European Union Legislation that requires informing visitors if there are cookies used on a website. Nicepage supports cookie consents which can be enabled in the Site Settings. Website owners can add the custom scripts when users accepting the cookie's consent.
