I am think to buy your product for my website. i wanted to know what is the real difference ( except price) between licence and subscription during first year, and after first year.

A subscription is one year, License is a lifetime (with one year of free updates).
License or Subscription, hosting is valid for one year, same as updates.
If the updates are active, hosting is working. If updates are expired, hosting won't be supported after that.
Otherwise, with the Lifetime plan, you can have your hosting where you can upload your websites.
The lifetime license is for the desktop app. When your included year of updates expires, you can continue using that last version.
The hosting is included for the year. It would need to be renewed annually.
If you are using other hosting services when your included year of updates expires, you can use Nicepage's last version without an update.
