How to update HTML items in a list

I had to incorporate HTML and CSS codes in my web build, to achieve a swivelling flash-card effect. The app prompted me to convert the duplicate into a list (which I thought would save me the job of manually editing the positioning and arrangements of the 6 items), but it turns out that editing the HTML code of one item automatically changes all items in the line, despite my choosing in the cell-block that the change in the block should not be for "All items".

How can I edit the HTML items in the list individually?

Hi Pulsar,

This is how the List item works duplicating the content. Please consider using the simple Grid. You will be able to copy elements in each cell, but do not convert it to the List. In such case you will keep the ability to edit each element separately.
