I recently contacted support regarding the number of products allowed in the eCommerce section. I was told that the Business plan allows up to 10 products. However, I currently have the Personal plan, and I am also limited to 10 products, which seems unusual.
This information is not clear to me, especially since the software prompts me to upgrade to the Business plan when I try to add more products. If both plans have the same limit, it is confusing why an upgrade would be necessary.
Could you please clarify the exact product limit for each plan and whether upgrading to Business actually increases the allowed number of products?
I would appreciate your help in understanding this better.
