Report a bug

Hello team!

I have request for help me, with the payment dialog window, which will make it even more flexible and user-friendly.

That is, in the payment methods settings, there should be an option to activate or deactivate each method separately:

PayPal: Enable / Disable
Stripe: Enable / Disable
Payment by mail (custom method): Enable / Disable
This way, the user will be able to:

Use only PayPal and Stripe.
Use only a custom method (for example, "Payment by mail").
Use a combination of PayPal, Stripe and a custom method.
Temporarily disable one of the standard methods if necessary.
This will add more flexibility in managing the checkout process and will allow it to be adapted to different business models and needs.
And please note that PayPal and Stripe do not support Turkmen manat so we need these changes urgently please make this we have been waiting for this for a long time

At the same time, the functionality of "Payment by mail" could be significantly expanded:

Dynamic customization of fields: Instead of simply sending an email notification, make this payment method a dynamically customizable form. The user could determine which fields the buyer needs to fill in (e.g. name, delivery address, phone number, etc.).
Various processing methods:
Keep the current option to send a notification to the specified email address with the order details and the completed form.
Add the option to send a letter using a PHP script
With respect, Merdan.

Hello Merdan,

Thank you for your suggestion regarding the payment dialog customization. We appreciate your feedback and understand the need for greater flexibility in enabling/disabling payment options and enhancing the "Payment by Mail" method.
At this time, this feature to send a letter using a PHP script will not be added, as the payment popup is designed to function across HTML-based websites, including those hosted on Nicepage. Due to the nature of Nicepage Hosting, this type of form submission via PHP is not supported.

If you have any other questions or need assistance with alternative solutions, feel free to reach out. We appreciate your understanding!

Dear Anna,

Thank you for your detailed response and for considering my suggestion regarding the payment dialog customization.

While I understand the current limitations with PHP-based form submissions on Nicepage Hosting, I truly appreciate your explanation. I still believe that adding more flexibility in managing payment options—especially enhancing the “Payment by Mail” method—would be a valuable improvement for many users.

If possible, I’d be happy to explore any available workarounds or alternative solutions you might recommend in the meantime.

Thank you again for your time and support.

Best regards,
Merdan

Hello Merdan,

As for now, we have only one general form to collect orders via Email, and it cannot be customized as you describe it. By general form we mean the form is working in the same way for HTML and CMS-based sites and Nicepage products. Depending on the site you built you can either edit the form HTML manually after exporting the site, which requires your host to support PHP and email sending (mail) or SMTP setup.
If you use Joomla or WordPress, you can install form extensions/plugins for advanced order processing.

Anna.
