Just the ability to add text outlines/contours.

The difference is not difficult between outline and text shadow.
This is the OUTLINE https://www.w3schools.com/css/css_outline.asp
and there are Text Shadows examples :

https://www.w3schools.com/cssref/css3_pr_text-shadow.php
And in Nicepage is possible to create text shadow. With Default and also with Custom properties.
And also if you do not set your favorite text-shadow, you can try to find in the web, your favorite text-shadow and put CSS 3 4 lines in the editor and your text will be pretier as you show us.
