Mega menu issue #10 - Opening mega menu of second menu item opens wrong mega menu properties

Menu control with 2 or more menu items - configured as mega menus.
Select second menu item. mega menu #2 opens.
Click on the mega menu itself (just to prove it's selected - as this actually does nothing.)
From the property panel, select Mega Menu (sub-menu?) (Why isn't this already context specific?)

Result:
Mega menu #1 - for first menu item opens.
I have mega menu #1 set to page width and mega menu #2 set to custom width.
I'm trying to change the width from custom to page, but it is already set to page!
...because there is no click-context to specify which mega menu is active or which you are editing.

Hi Matt,

Because I don't think the options in the Nicepage menu are nearly enough, I now use a module from dj-extensions for the menu. You still need some extra custom css to make it the way you want it, but you have many more options than within Nicepage.

Hello,

Nicepage incorrectly links the selected mega menu to the properties panel, resulting in incorrect menu settings being applied.
We have forwarded the issue to the development team.

Additionally, inconsistencies in width settings for the mega menu 1, which is set to "Page Width" and for mega menu 2 to "Custom Width" may result in unexpected behavior.
A possible workaround is to select the menu via various UI elements or temporarily specify the settings to enforce proper detection:
