How Can I create a full width joomla Module position?

Is there a way to create a full width Joomla module position?
I see, in nice page the hability to create a full width block/grid.
But when I insert a module position inside it, I found no way to enable full width to this position as well. (see image below).

Hi Bruno,

Simply stretch the Position control inside Grid or inside the Block directly:

full-width-position.png

This will be equivalent to the 100% page width.
