I want to test out your editor for Mac for creating a nice looking personal landingpage I want to publish on my personal FTP Server / Domain. So I only need the Editor and the possibility to export HTML/CSS/JS so I can upload it later on my space. When edits are made, which are rare, then I can upload again.

Which license do I need? Do I have to pay 89$ for only 1 Landingpage?

You can download the desktop version and create your site page.
You can then export the HTML site and upload to your host.
The first week is a trial.
After that it reverts to the Free Starter version which has some limitations you can see on the grid on the purchase page.
If you plan on updating the site longer than a year, get a license and not a subscription.
