old version needs updating no idea where to start

my site is on an older version of nice page I can not locate the original web designer . How would I migrate existing content to a newer version of nicepage? thx

Hello,

Nicepage editor can open only the Nicepage Projects. Here is the Project export type:

Therefore, you need the Project to continue editing the website. Unfortunately, the exported HTML website cannot be opened in the Nicepage editor again.
