I have a licence registered under a different email address but have lost access to the email address account. Is it possible to swtich the licence to this log in or change the email on the other account please?

Sure. Please log in with the email that has a license now and contact us with the new e-mail you want to use. We need it to be sure that it is really your license and your account. Then we will be able to transfer the license.
